FoamHuber.com is a Shopify-powered mattress storefront. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to shop in good faith and provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

Product availability, prices, promotions, and displayed delivery estimates may change before an order is accepted. FoamHuber may correct obvious errors, cancel unavailable items, or contact you if an order requires review.

Orders are placed through Shopify checkout. Payment authorization, fraud review, taxes, and shipping options are handled through Shopify and the store's configured payment providers. An order confirmation email means the order was received; fulfillment timing may vary by availability and carrier conditions.

Free standard shipping, the 100-night trial, eligible free returns, and the 10-year limited warranty are described on FoamHuber's published policy pages. Those policies apply alongside these storefront terms.

FoamHuber aims to keep product descriptions, prices, dimensions, materials, and availability accurate. Minor differences in photography, display color, packaging, or materials may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering a deliverable shipping address, reviewing order details before checkout, and contacting support promptly if an address, order, or delivery issue needs attention.
