How fast will my mattress ship?
Most mattress orders are prepared for carrier pickup within standard business handling windows. Delivery timing commonly depends on the destination, product availability, carrier pickup, weather, and local delivery conditions.
Is shipping free?
Yes. FoamHuber offers free standard shipping on mattress orders within the contiguous United States. If checkout ever shows a different shipping charge, contact support before completing the order.
How does the 100-night trial work?
The 100-night risk-free trial starts on the delivery date. If the mattress is not the right fit, contact FoamHuber support before night 100 with your order number and the email used at checkout. Support will review the request and provide the next steps.
Are returns free?
Eligible mattress returns are free. The mattress must be in a reasonable condition for review and pickup or return instructions. Damage unrelated to product quality, misuse, or orders outside the trial window may not qualify.
When will I receive my refund?
After an eligible return is approved and completed, the refund is issued back to the original payment method through Shopify checkout. Bank and card processing times can vary after the refund is submitted.
What does the 10-year limited warranty cover?
The warranty is intended for eligible mattress quality issues under normal residential use, including qualifying defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized resale, comfort preference outside the trial period, normal softening over time, stains, burns, cuts, or damage unrelated to product quality.
How do I track my order?
